Getting the Most Out of Your Telehealth Visit

Virtual visits save time and travel. A little preparation makes them just as productive as an office visit.

Set up your space

Find a quiet, private, well-lit spot and test your camera, microphone and internet a few minutes early.

Have your info ready

Keep your medication list, pharmacy details, and any home readings (like blood pressure or glucose) nearby.

Know when to come in

Some concerns need a hands-on exam. Your provider will let you know if an in-person visit at our Shavano Park clinic is a better fit. We offer virtual care in Texas, Arizona and West Virginia.
