Secure Blog Publishing

PY Marketing AI · Reviewed articles only

1. Connect PY Marketing AI

Use the address below for the website where articles should appear. Production publishing must use the published website, not the preview.

Loading publishing address…
  1. Have the PY Marketing AI builder save the matching publishing credential in its secure, server-only secret form as BLOG_PUBLISHING_TOKEN.
  2. Send requests from PY Marketing AI’s server, never from a browser. Use POST with JSON and the publishing credential in the Authorization Bearer header.
  3. Send only { "approvalId": "the-approved-article-UUID" }. The website publishes the exact approved article; the sender cannot replace its contents.

2. Complete all three reviews

A separate administrator-controlled review workflow must record clinical review, compliance review and administrator approval of the final article. Do not give PY Marketing AI the approval credential.

The review workflow sends the approved article to /api/public/blog/approve using its separate server-only BLOG_APPROVAL_TOKEN in the Authorization Bearer header.

The JSON submission contains an externalId, article and reviews. Each clinical, compliance and administrator review requires approved: true, a reviewer identifier and an ISO review timestamp. The workflow must verify real reviewer authority before sending these records; this website does not verify clinical qualifications or perform the reviews itself.

Article fields: slug, title, excerpt, category, readMinutes, sections (heading and body paragraphs), and optional sources (title and HTTPS URL). Categories: Primary Care, Mental Health, Women’s Health, Wellness or Telehealth. Send plain text, not HTML; images use the website’s existing clinic photo.

Approval returns an approvalId. Pass only that identifier to PY Marketing AI. Any content change requires a new reviewed submission; approved content cannot be edited.

3. Confirm publication and retry safely

A successful response includes published: true and the article’s blog path. Repeating the same approvalId returns the existing article, without adding a duplicate. Existing article addresses, titles and matching approved content are protected from duplicate or replacement submissions.

Open the returned article on the website and confirm its content and Book a Visit button. Reload the Blog page to see newly published articles. A rejected request does not change existing articles.

If the website address changes, update both connection addresses. To rotate credentials, replace the matching values securely in both systems. Never paste credentials into chat, article text, screenshots or connection URLs.

General health education only. Do not send patient information, medical records or identifiable patient stories.
